Only three more sleeps left till it's the Oscars! Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending Roger Neal's pre-Oscar event and not only was it a great room filled with goodies, but it supported two really important causes: Organ Transplant Donations www.andytransplantfoundation.org and Safety Harbor Kids www.safetyharborkids.org for homeless, foster, and orphaned children.

FOODLAND Premier

Well I have had quite the busy week with traveling about the US and Canada, but the nice surprise was getting to nestle with my cast mates and FOODLAND friends for the premier of our film. The film was well received, the theater was packed, and everyone was laughing and enjoying themselves. Despite the cold, I was so happy to be there! MAD MEN

As many of you know, I did a little surprise visit on "Mad Men" last
Sunday
evening for the season finale. What an amazing show to work on! The
cast
and crew were great, the vibe on set was buzzing (especially since I
shot
the night after the Emmys), the attention to detail that went in the
wardrobe/hair and make-up... They are truly on top of their game.

I also want to thank everyone for all the support and emails sent! Much
appreciated :)

Well after almost two years of shooting this film, I now have a
trailer that I can share with you! It will be released in selected
theaters across Canada, and I will definitely keep you posted when

The American science fiction television series that I shot last year in Vancouver (where I play Dr Maria Leonardo-Head of Dendrology), is premiering in Canada; Thursday, October 1st @ 7pm on the Space Channel. I'm a dendrologist (specializing in the science of woody plants, trees and shrubs) who faces some unforeseen events, when my experiments take a turn for the worse....can't tell you more, you'll have to watch!
